General information:

  • We are a partner company of Acquafun swimming pool in San Candido and offer reduced prices for all our guests.
  • SÜDTIROL GUEST PASS:
    Allows unlimited use of all means of public transportation throughout South Tyrol. As a host with a membership of the local tourism association we bear the costs for local transportation for all our guests! We will happily provide you with a ticket at your arrival.

General payment conditions:

  • Prices are per apartment for the number of standards indicated per day and are valid for a minimum stay of 4 days.
  • For shorter stays we charge a 20% surcharge.
  • In case of late arrival, early departure or cancellation we are forced to charge the price of at least three nights.
  • For all people over the age of 14, the tourist tax of Euro 2.50 per person and night will be added to the prices indicated.
  • we accept cash, checks, debit cards and VISA.

Useful information:

  • The apartments are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival
  • On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated by 9.30
  • As day of arrival and departure we prefer Saturday
  • Smoking is prohibited in our apartments.
  • Dogs are unfortunately not allowed.

Deposit:

  • In case of reservation we ask for a deposit of 30%.
